Sha'Lissa Jones

COACH

Sha'Lissa is a dedicated dance instructor, choreographer, and coach with over 20 years of experience. She began her dance journey at age five, performing in numerous programs at A.W. Brown Fellowship Charter School and developing early performance skills through praise dance and step teams at Neighborhood House of Prayer.

​

At age ten, ShaLissa trained professionally under dance legend Dereque, laying the foundation for her technical discipline and artistic versatility. She further refined her craft at the Dallas Black Dance Theatre.

​

Her high school years included performing with the Cedar Hill Highsteppers Dance Team (2011–2013), where she earned leadership roles and accolades including Ms. Full Out and Ms. Show Out, contributed choreography, and set a standard of excellence for her teammates.

​

Sha'Lissa's coaching career includes:

  • NTX Ruff Ryders Cheer Team (2024): Assisted dancers ages 4-6 to win three first-place trophies

  • Primetime Foxes Dance Team (2025): Head Coach for ages 6-16; guided JV and Varsity teams to multiple podium finishes 

  • Judge for Primetime Sports League Zone Competitions, evaluating top dance teams across Texas.​

 

Today Sha'Lissa pursues her lifelong vision: building a dance company inspire by the Elite Dancing Dolls, empowering dancers with technique confidence, discipline, sisterhood, and a passion for performance.

Paige "Coach P" Hale

COACH

With 24 years if dance experience, Paige Hale, know affecionately as Coach P, brings precision, passion, and a commitment to excellence. Her journey began in 1997 at Dallas Black Dance Theater, training in jazz, ballet, and tap, and expanded through competitive cheerleading by 2005.

​

Key experiences include:

  • Down's Dynamic Dance Company (2006-2008): Majorette, jazz, and hip hop

  • Cedar Hill Highsteppers (2012-2013): Performed at football games, competitions, and showcases

  • Triple D Dance Company (2013): Junior Coach for dancers ages 3-4, creating routines and teaching 

  • Lamar University Hip Hop Team "MPACT": Collegiate-level performance and showcases

Coach P's leadership highlights:

  • Primetime Longhorns Cheer & Dance (2025): Assistant Coach for ages 4-15; guided teams to multiple victories:

    • 1st Place - 10U Division​

    • 2nd Place - 10U & 14U Divisions 

    • 3rd Place - 14U Division

  • Judge for Primetime Sports League Zone Competitions, evaluating top team across Texas

Teaching Philosophy:

"Every dancer is a student first—in the classroom, in the studio, and in life. Hard work, discipline, and strong core values come before choreography. Developing character is just as important as developing skill."

Role at Elite Diamond Dolls: 

Coach P creates a balanced, positive, and structured training environment where dancers grow artistically, academically, and personally. Through mentorship and majorette excellence, she helps every dancers become a diamond ready to shine.
