At Dallas Elite Diamond Dolls, we value our dancers and families and strive to be transparent about our policies. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which payments may or may not be refunded.

​By enrolling in classes, programs, events, or teams, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Tuition & Class Fees

All tuition payments are non-refundable.

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.
Registration & Enrollment Fees

Registration, enrollment, and administrative fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

​These fees cover processing, planning, and securing placement.
Competition Team Fees

Competition-related fees (including choreography, uniforms, costumes, entry fees, and coaching fees) are non-refundable once committed.

Competition fees are based on commitments made to vendors and event organizers and cannot be reversed.
Events, Workshops, & Clinics

Payments for special events, workshops, camps, or clinics are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing or granted by the coaches.

​If an event is canceled by Elite Diamond Dolls, a refund or credit will be issued at our discretion.
Merchandise & Apparel

All merchandise sales are final sale, unless an item is defective.

Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item to be eligible for replacement or store credit.
Studio Closures & Cancellations

No refunds will be issued for closures due to weather, emergencies, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

When possible, make-up classes may be offered at the studio’s discretion.
